Common Questions

about the templates

While most of the templates were designed with coaches and creators in mind, anyone who’s using the ThriveCart platform for their offers can customize it for their purpose.

You do need to be a ThriveCart user to install any of the ThriveCart Shop templates. If you don’t have ThriveCart yet, you can get 3 best seller templates for free when you sign up with ThriveCart using my affiliate link.

When you buy a template, you will get a PDF download that will include all the links to:

1) the template installation code that will allow you to upload the template into your ThriveCart account

2) any graphics and/or Canva design templates

3) access to the learning portal where you can find tutorials on installing and customizing your template.

When you purchase you will get a step-by-step series of simple walkthrough videos. These are sufficient for most people to install their template and start the customization process.

Free support hours are limited, so please watch all the video tutorials and guides before reaching out to support. You can email us at support[at]thrivecartshop.com. In most cases you will hear back from me or a team member within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri PST). If you need more hands-on support or help with installation let us know and we can discuss a tech support package with you.

We do not offer support with any issues that are software or platform issues with ThriveCart (e.g. trouble saving pages, pages freezing, not loading, payment processing issues, glitches etc.) Please reach out to ThriveCart for platform specific issues.

Yes! If you have an active ThriveCart account, even if you have no existing products on it, any of our templates will work

You will be able to install the template with mockup graphics and content, however, we recommend having a Canva account (free is fine) to get the most out of the customization options for graphics and images. Some of the design elements are custom graphics designed within Canva, so if you choose not to utilize them, some options for styling the template will be limited.

When you buy a template, you will receive a unique import link for ThriveCart. Inside the ThriveCart template library under ‘My Templates’, you will find an option to import a new design. Please follow the tutorials provided upon purchase for a step-by-step of the process.

*IMPORTANT* – never install a template over an existing product as it will overwrite your content. Always start from scratch when installing any template.

Most people who have some experience with online software will have a fairly easy experience with installing and customizing the templates. If you have experience with Canva, it will be an asset but even beginners of both ThriveCart and Canva have successfully installed and customized our templates with relative ease!

If you’re brand new to the ThriveCart platform and have not played around with it, or learned how to set up a product, there may be a small learning curve. But not to worry! They have a support forum to walk you through the functionality and options of the platform. They also have a Facebook support group and a support team you can reach out to, if needed.

They work for courses, memberships, digital downloads, coaching, and physical products. If you can sell it with ThriveCart, our templates will work 😉

Because these are digital products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters! If there is something that would make your purchase or experience better, please reach out and let us know.

Licensing and Use

When you buy a template from our shop, you have personal use rights – meaning you can use the templates for your individual business use only.

You can not sell these templates to your clients or use them in their entirety as a bonus offer, freebie or service. You may use a template as a starting point or for inspiration if you provide a design service (i.e. setting up ThriveCart pages for clients), however, it must be unidentifiable to the template you purchased from ThriveCart Shop. Meaning – if you are using the template in a professional capacity beyond your own individual business and it is not different enough (the specific layout/graphics/styling are too similar to the original), you are breeching the license terms of your purchase.

You do not have the right to use or replicate the template as a whole. You do not have the right to replicate or distribute the associated Canva template graphics or any other files provided with your purchase.

Before ThriveCartShop.com was launched some templates were (and are) available on the Etsy platform. They are sold under the shop name: ThriveCart Templates. If you see any of my designs being sold on another Etsy shop, please let us know.

No, ThriveCart Shop is an independent and separate business to the ThriveCart platform. However, I am an affiliate for their software. You can sign up through my link here.
